ECHR: Ilyin and Others v. Ukraine (no. 74852/14)

The applicants are nine Ukrainian nationals, born between 1954 and 1986. In December 2021, they were living in Kyiv. The applicants are followers of the Unification Church, founded by the Reverend Sun Myung Moon. They created a religious community and attempted to have it registered as a legal entity.
